Welcome to the Revolution of Alberta Avenue
The Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse is a volunteer-powered, professionally managed, Arts on the Ave established coffeehouse and art gallery in the Alberta Avenue community of Edmonton.
In addition to serving world-class coffee and locally made goods, The Carrot showcases the works of local and professional artisans, and has featured and presented paid professional artists and community collaborators since 2007.
The Carrot provides a place to meet, work, laugh, and create, and features attractions such as curated gallery exhibitions and professionally presented performances with live music on Friday nights and a "Garden Variety" Open Mic on Saturdays.
