Returns

We will accept any full priced items that weren't quite right for you in exchange for STORE CREDIT. Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

*Earrings are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Your return request MUST be received within 21 days of the ORDER DATE. All return requests must have RETURN APPROVAL first to be accepted. 

Note: All packages sent back as a return WITHOUT a return approval will be marked "return to sender" and we will not be responsible for the package. 

Costs for original shipping and the return are NOT included in store credit and are not refundable. Any returns sent via Collect on Delivery (COD) to The Carrot will be returned to sender.

Process to Return an Item

1. Fill in form below.
2. Customer Service will either approve or deny this request.  You will receive an email notification on your request status.
3. IF APPROVED, please print a copy of your approval email and include it in the package with the product you are returning. Please mail to the address:

As well, please write your RA# on the outside of the box; this helps with processing. Your Return Approval is valid for 10 days, so send it off ASAP.

4. Your store credit will be issued within 10 days of receiving your package, in the form of an emailed gift card.

PLEASE NOTE:  Should you choose to bring your online order as a return to The Carrot, you will still require a valid RA# prior to dropping your items off.  We will process your return, as well as your store credit, within 48 hours and you will receive an email with your credit. 


 

Defective Merchandise

If an item is received damaged or defective, please email customerservice@thecarrot.ca within 2 days of the delivery date. Kindly state "DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RECEIVED" in your email subject header and provide descriptions and/or photos of the item.

The defective item MUST be returned within 3 Carrot business days. Tags or pricing stickers must still be attached. If the EXACT item is in stock, we will exchange it. If we cannot replace the item, you can choose store credit or a refund. Items that are not returned according to The Carrot's policy will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be made in the original method of purchase (credit card or gift certificate). 

Shipping

Canada Wide Shipping We will prepare and ship your order within 2 Carrot business days. *Please note that postal services are experiencing heavy incoming parcel volumes. Delays in shipping are expected.

Pricing will be calculated at check-out.

Fragile items (i.e. ceramics and glass) are available to ship at a premium, however they are available for pick-up (Edmonton & Area) or delivery within Edmonton (fee calculated at check-out).

Closed on Sundays & Mondays
