The Volunteer Orientation Dinner takes place on Tuesday, January 13th, with two dinner times to choose from: 5:00pm or 7:00pm. This evening is all about food, friendly connections, and getting set for Deep Freeze: A Byzantine Winter Festival.

Share a home-cooked meal, meet your crew leads, and get to know the people you’ll be volunteering alongside. You’ll also pick up your bus passes and a warm Deep Freeze toque before heading out.
